No mesh information was found in the input mesh file error

Hi, I need to do a prepost analysis for a tire in ansys workbench but I keep getting this error. Since I thought maybe there was a mistake in the tire drawing so I drew a square plate and added mesh correctly and aftr it came out, I got the same error again. How do I solve this problem ?
