Hello,
2 of our customers encountered a problem when installing Discovery. When launching the installation, they received a critical error ‘Instcore.exe’ or ‘uninst_data.dat’.
After searching the forum, this problem existed in 2022 and the firewall and antivirus had to be deactivated. We therefore deactivated and reloaded discovery but the problem persists. Do you have any idea where this problem might be coming from?Âregards

Hi,
Did you extract the package before running setup.exe as an admin?
- disable antivirus scanners during installation - make sure to extract the downloaded .zip file before attempting to install
