Hello Fabian,Â
Do you face this issue with any specific model or even with simple model created in SpaceClaim?Â
It could be beneficial to reset the user settings from SpaceClaim Options > Advanced > Reset All User Settings.
The main thing we recommend in this type of situation is to make sure the drivers for the graphics card are up to date. Â
Make sure to go directly to the card manufacturer's website to check for the latest version.Regards,
Devendra

Does it crash when you open the script editor or when running your script? Your script may do something invalid with the current model.
You can also try running in "run" mode. The debug mode runs in a different thread, allowing you to click in the model window while it runs and possibly confusing the script. Click the pulldown by the right-pointing triangle at the upper right of the script editor, and choose "Run." Then use that same green triangle to run the script:

Sounds like running on some unsupported configuration. Maybe the operating system build or remote display software.Â

Check against tested graphics cards for 2024 R2:
https://www.ansys.com/content/dam/it-solutions/platform-support/2024-r2/ansys-2024-r2-graphical-display-graphics-cards-tested.pdf
Also, try deleting or renaming these while SpaceClaim is closed to return to default settings:
%APPDATA%\Ansys\v{version}
%APPDATA%\SpaceClaim
%APPDATA%\..\Local\SpaceClaimIf you can't figure it out, try reinstalling.
