FLUID FLOW: Physics Solution loading stuck at 74%! Ansys 17.1

  my meshing goes fine but when i try to solve physics solution (after defining all necessary flow conditions) by pressing "solve physics" button it remains stuck at 74% like forever! please help, i'm using Ansys Aim 17.1. please see the image for the error mentioned in Transcript window.

  This does appear to be a product issue rather than systems/installation.
