SubscriberHello,
We have purchased the ACCS (ansys composite cure simulation) licensing for cure simulation from ANSYS and our AIT support assist to install in our lab through university server. We are using ANSYS 2020 R2 for ACCS . After opening the workbench for structural module or thermal module; we are unable to see to "Ansys composite cure simulation" tool and it shows error too. I have attached the snaps . Can you help us with this ?

Ansys Employee@umangselokar,nnDid your IT just install the license, or did they also download and install the ACCS program?nACCS is a separate download and install.nIf this was downloaded and installed, could you please post the contents of the c:\program files\Ansys Inc\install.log file.nAlso, Can you run through the following to check that the license is available:nStart->All Programs->Ansys 2020 R2->Ansys Client Licensing->Client ANSLIC_ADMIN Utility 2020 R1nWhen this appears, choose:nView Status/Diagnostic Options->Display the License StatusnPost all the status.nnBest.
