License installation issue

  Hello,
  
  I installed a new license but for some reason according to the instructions, but I can't get it to work. I tried everything with one of the tech support but it is not working, I reread the file and it tells me it is identical, I would greatly appreciate if I can connect with one tech support via teams or zoom to guide me thru what to do.

  Hello Mustafa,
  What is the error you are receiving when trying to run the program?
  If licensing related, check the following:
  under %TEMP%\.ansys
  You will see license debug files
  Check the files using notepad for any errors.
