Why do I not have an output window when I run ANSYS Mechanical APDL interactively on my Windows system?

      This occurs when running in distributed parallel mode (DMP). See Ansys Help -> Mechanical APDL -> Parallel Processing Guide -> Chapter 4.4.1 Differences in General Behavior; Batch & Interactive Mode.
