How can I change the background color, font size settings of the avi animation exported from Mechanical? How can I improve the resolution of the video?

Solution: You can set the background white by going to “Tools > options > appearance” from the project schematic, not from inside Mechanical. Set the “background style to uniform,” and choose one for the “background color.” The “ANSYS” logo can also be turned on/off from here, as well as change text color if needed. To change the font size, a sample J script macro as attached can be used. It will change the size of font in the contour legend, the ruler and the global coordinate system. There isn’t the control for video output resolution. For changing the resolution, you would have to change the resolution for your whole screen using the monitor control for your operating system. There is a KM which talks about how to increase the image quality of the animation at the link below: https://support.ansys.com/AnsysCustomerPortal/en_us/Knowledge%20Resources/Solutions/Mechanical/2030098 Attachment: 1, 2045728.js
