      Yes, but it does not use the VibrationGenerator Glyph. It uses a mode-supe transient approach. The TimeSeries Generator Glyph is used to create a time history that represents the Sine on Random signal. That time history and an ANSYS modal analysis are used to create the time history results, which are then sent to the StressLife engine. The steps are explained in the attached pdf file.
