How do you define a general anisotropic creep behavior that is a direct function of a full stress tensor (not just SEQV)?

All of our standard creep material model options are isotropic and functions of SEQV. Isotropic creep can be combined with TB,HILL, to simulate anisotropic behavior, but this is still derived from SEQV. To define a more general anisotropic creep behavior derived directly from a full stress tensor and to output a full 3×3 creep tensor, one would have to program a USERMAT.F routine and create state variables (SVAR) for the stress, strain input and creep output. (USERCREEP.F cannot be programmed for anisotropic creep since it is still dependent on SEQV.)
