Are there any material models in ansys which allow strain softening?

      No, we cannot model strain softening behavior in ANSYS. The slope of the stress-strain curve cannot be negative. Note: The strain strain data entered should be true stress-strain not engineering stress-strain data. Converting engineering data to true data might help.
