      The Directional (Deformation/Displacement) result is a relative result whereas Directional Velocity and Directional Acceleration are absolute results. This is documented in ANSYS Help: Mechanical User’s Guide>Analysis Types>Linear Dynamics Analysis Types>Response Spectrum Analysis
