Workbench doesn’t load

  Hi everyone
  
  I'm working with ANSYS 2020R2; last week while the workbench was loading my computer crashed and after that, the logo pups up but it disappears; a member of technical support in our university uninstalled and installed it again but it was not helpful.
  I would be delighted to have your help as I have an ongoing project and it's urgent.

  Close any Ansys Programs.
  
  Browse to %APPDATA%
  
  Rename the directory: Ansys to: Ansys.old
