Unable to Save Files as .STP in Discovery

I hope you’re doing well and having a great week.

I’m unable to create a support ticket on customer.ansys.com, so I’m reaching out here instead.
One of our clients is facing an issue where certain files cannot be saved as .stp in Discovery. I’ve attached one such file for your reference via email
