Can you specify in more detail what is the question? Do you get unexpected results which do not match your observations from physically testing the components?Â
Did you only changed the loads in-between the analyses?ÂSome general suggestions would be:
1.Make sure you use the correct units in Mechanical and in Engineering Data. This is a frequent mistake that can occur and not notice.
2.What is your assumption? Do you have large deflection turned On for all analyses?
3.Check contacts and boundary conditions to detect possible mismatch between analyses.
