Toolbox customization is not working

  Hi I just installed ANSYS workbench but the toolbox customization is not working.
  I checked all sources, but not every sources is on the toolbox.
  I clicked View-Reset Workspace, but nothing solved.
  Help me!

  ArrayWhich version did you install? Is this the ANSYS Student package or full package? Please open a Windows command prompt and send the full output of the set command.n

  The license for 2020R1 is expired, you need to either install 2020R2 or 2021R1.nnThanks,nMattn
