      Hi there,

      I purchased space claim in 2019, i have an installation key, can i format my pc and then install it again ? Is it possible ?

      Do you have the 2019 installation media as well as the key?

      yes , i have 2019 installation files, but as i remember from previous years the key doesn't work for license inssues when i format and install again,after space claim company i think opens it then i install it.So now how can i do it ?
