Problem in Ansys Installation Launcher

  Hi Vo,
  For which version you are receiving this error? Did you run setup.exe as admin? Please close all apps before running it as admin.

  I downloaded Academic student 2023 R2 version. I'm sure I ran correct file and I also closed all apps but the problem still persists

  Please download the latest version of student v241 and try to install it Ansys Student Versions | Free Student Software Downloads

  Simplifying the path to installation files may help (the path should not include special characters).
