Not able to solve 1D analysis using ansys workbench mechanical

  Hi,
  I am trying to do simple 1D bar problem using ansys student version, But i am not able to solve the problem and it is shows the following error. Please find the attached image for reference.
  Error:
  *** ERROR ***                           CP =       0.375   TIME= 20:12:51
  The element option BEAM189 was either not ordered with this Ansys
  installation or the appropriate product was not selected for this
  session.
  Contact your Ansys support person for more information.

  Go into the solve.out file, which can be seen also in Solution information, and at the very top it should say what licence your are using - post an image of that here.

  It seems there is a student licence so perhaps it should work.
  Use linear element order under mesh settings and use one 1 core (not multiple cores - also no distr. solve).
  Try that and see how it goes
