New users cannot register to the Ansys learning forum portal

  Our organization's users cannot register on the Ansys portal since recently.
  The “Company name” does not work, where it gives an error that a minimum of 5 characters are needed. Our company name has less than 5 letters, which has been working OK until recently.
  What should we do to allow new users to register?

  In the post title - it is mentioned that the new users from your company are not able to register on the forum. I have checked with the backend team and they have confirmed that company details are not asked while registering on the forum.
  Please confirm which Ansys portal you are referring to and share screenshots of the issue to help us serve you better.
