Ansys Employeeright click on the 'unzipped' installation package folder -> properties , then post the screenshot of it here

SubscriberHey, I was able to install it after deleting the 'uninst_data.dat' file, but now I have a problem with running the fluent, it just keep crashing. is it anything related to the installation or is that another problem.

Ansys EmployeeDo you have a file named "install.err" under your installation directory (e.g., C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS Student) ?
If not, then this should not be an installation issue.

Subscriberno, there is no ''install.err'' file. What can be the problem leading to that then?

Ansys EmployeeIn which circumstances (launching, meshing, solving, etc.) that it crashes ?
If during launching, what is the farthest point during the starting process before it crashes ?
