  I agree that this is likely a licensing issue.
  
  Please post the first two fields of each INCREMENT lines from your license file here. E.g.,
  
  INCREMENT ansys
  
  INCREMENT aa_r

  Dear Guys,
  
  I have ask my PC administrator to reinstall it
  
  "In-order to get the CFX options to appear in the toolbox list, you must select “Ansys 18.1 workshop.” It’s located at the very bottom of the list in the start menu within drop down list of ansys products."

  I see. You were opening Workbench from AIM.
  
  That's right, you have to open Workbench directly if you want to use Workbench interface
