Hi, I am using DI_engine in Chemkin to analyze a diesel engine. I am trying to use higher compression ratios like 18 and 21 but the simulation failed. I assumed that the compression ratio used cannot be larger than 11.19585 as shown in the screenshot below
October 13, 2021 at 3:18 pmRKAnsys EmployeeHello,
When you used higher compression ratios, what was the error message that you got? And also, may I know which version you are using?
October 13, 2021 at 5:08 pmEzzadSubscriberHi I am using Chemkin-Pro 2021. The error message mentioned about the solution cannot converge.
October 13, 2021 at 7:00 pmRKAnsys EmployeeDo you remember the exact error message?
