File converter error

Hello 

I want to convert files from scdoc to the new SpaceClaim format.
When I select an entire folder in the converter with the following options (I've attached an example photo), it causes problems.

For example, the folder is located in C: and I want to export all the files to a folder on the desktop I created called converted files.
The converter starts creating various folders and subfolders, but it randomly places the files in and out. It doesn't maintain my file structure and even creates duplicate files.

If this is the latest version of SpaceClaim, do you have a solution? Are you aware of any similar issues?
