Hello Friends,
I have two problem on meshing the following geometry. All solid are shared mophologically.Â
- The multizone is applied on the center spherical, but the sharp angle shown in the corner.Â
- The lower solid shell had a lot of oblique element shown in the botton.
Please refer the problems in following figure and mesh settings. (Ansys 2023 R2)

Hello,Â
For issue 1, I am not sure that I can tell what is the issue from the screenshot you shared.
For issue 2, you can add edges in your domain to guide the direction of the multizone mesh.
