Electronic Student 2025 Installation Bug-Prerequisites Not Installed/Recognized

  Hello,
  The recently released Ansys Electronic Student 2025 and its corresponding file, ELECTRONICSSTUDENT_2025R2_WINX64, have a bug. It fails to install preqrequisites MS ASP.NET Hosting Bundle 8.0.17 and MS VC++ 2022 Redistributable x64 when installing. Once I manually installed those two programs, the installer and the ProductConfig failed to recognize the VC++ x64 program (it did recognize ASP.NET though).
  Nothing I tried changed this (I tried a lot). I ended up reverting to Ansys Electronic Student 2024 with file name ELECTRONICSSTUDENT_2024R2_WINX64, which allowed the installation to work on the first try.

  Hi Evan, I’m facing exactly the same issue you described with Ansys Electronics Student 2025R2. If possible, could you please share the 2024R2 Student version installer with me? Thanks in advance.
