APDL & 3D Model

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm an APDL-user and I almost never used any other ANSYS product before. Perhaps because I'm a beginner, I find that it's unfriendly to model a complex 3D model like a suspension bridge. Could you tell me which product is better to model a 3D model?
