  Hi,
  I have installed the electronics student software. I have tried to run it and I get this error. Would anybody be able to advise me on what to do?

  Do you already have a copy of the application open? The licensing only allows a single instance of the products to be run at any given time. The error seems to indicate that another instance is running on your machine. Please try rebooting to see if there was a hung process.
