Ansys 2023 R1 student version try to open, but is freezing at toolbar

      I have used the ansys 2023 R1 student version, and it was open normally until today. The behavior is that the windows open saying that is looding, after that  stayed freezed at toolbar like that.

      you try click to open does not change anything.

      Assuming you don't have a second monitor and WB is launching on that then the usual issue is some corruption in the %appdata% folder for Ansys. Find and delete/rename the correct folder. If you can't find it, turn on hidden files & search for appdata on here - it's been answered before.

      Hey i have the same issue,tried find the appdata in the Ansys folder but did not get.can you help me out wtih this

      Check you can see hidden folders, then search for %appdata% (in File Manager/Explorer) and rename the Ansys 2023 folder(s).
