Error with ANSYS Workbench 2024 R2

  Hello,
  
  I currently have a problem when starting Workbench. After reading the previous forums, I changed the graphics processor to the graphics card that my laptop has (RTX 3050 Ti) and the same error continues to appear.
  By the way, I have Windows 11 Home.
  Do you have any suggestions?

  If you search for "Ans.SceneGraphChart.ScreenGraphAddin"
  Some ideas will come up to try, like
  Check Username for non-english characters
  Restoring the OS(retaining important files)
