Error with ANSYS Workbench 2024 R2

  Hello,
  
  I currently have a problem when starting Workbench. After reading the previous forums, I changed the graphics processor to the graphics card that my laptop has (RTX 3050 Ti) and the same error continues to appear.
  By the way, I have Windows 11 Home.
  Do you have any suggestions?

  I also had the same problem. After many tries, I found that Workbench sometimes conflicts with background applications, especially graphics management software like GeForce Experience. Try closing unnecessary applications and restarting. If that still doesn't work, you may consider uninstalling and reinstalling bitlife Workbench to make sure the files are not corrupted.

  If you search for "Ans.SceneGraphChart.ScreenGraphAddin"
  Some ideas will come up to try, like
  Check Username for non-english characters
  Restoring the OS(retaining important files)
