It looks that you are trying to use the spray injector for a gas fuel. The injector model is for liquid sprays, not for gaseous fuels. For gas injection, the injector should be modelled as a flow inlet boundary. Please see Forte 2024R1 tutorial 12 Gas Injection Tutorial for examples of how gas injection can be modelled.
