License Manager Error

  Hi,
  Our license manager is giving an error when we attempt to start it, and we are unable to use HFSS. Can you please help us resolve this, and provide an updated license file if required?
  For reference, the error is:
  2023/09/13 09:54:34: Attempting to start the license manager...2023/09/13 09:54:34: ansyslmd.lic: Error: No valid INCREMENT lines were found in the license file.

  Can you send the screenshot of your license file? If you need a new license file please contact your Ansys Account Manager.
