Split volume mesh refinement

  Hello,
  I running some CFD on a fan unit and I'm trying to refine the mesh in a specific area (air around the outlet of the fans) of my extracted volume. Is there a way to refine only the volume inside the red rectangle without having to make my entire volume component a finer mesh? Thanks!
