I have Ansys Motor CAD enterprise license. When I installed it in the desktop, the tool is getting installed well. But when I solve the simulation or when I try to go to FEA editor, software did not respond. I have to forcefully stop it using task manager. Below is the snapshot for the same. It only shows solving FEA model. Please suggest. Also the lab module and mechanical module solving give the same error. Only thermal module gives results after clicking on the Solve button.

If this is an Enterprise license, a Service Request should be logged on the Customer Portal.
