Fixed Motion with Respect to a Body Undergoing Six-Degree-of-Freedom (6DOF) Motion (Workshop)

This workshop will demonstrate how to set up and run a transient simulation which uses 6 DOF for motion of store in Ansys Fluent® fluid simulation software.

Learning Outcomes:

Following completion of this workshop, you will be able to:

• Set up and run a transient simulation which uses 6 DOF for motion of store.
• Understand the basics of combining 6 DOF motion of an object with fixed motion of its part.
• Input various parameters and use profile to define motion of a body in Dynamic Meshing.

Prerequisites:

• Completion of Ansys Fluent Beyond the Basics course.
