Why the total deformation plot does not measures correctly on scale ruler at the bottom GUI window?

      This is due to sometimes when results are set to magnified scale. Check the scale of the results is set to true scale (factor =1). Also check for directional deformation plots. Total deformation will give only a positive number, where as directional deformation plot will reveal the behavior of deformation more explicitly.
