Why is the Hydrodynamic Tensile Limit negative in the material property data of FloatGlass and FloatGlassB?

FloatGlass and FloatGlassB are two glass materials that can be retrieved from ANSYS Explicit Materials library. Both materials use Johnson-Holmquist strength and Johnson-Holmquist failure models. Hydro Tensile Limit is the maximum tensile pressure that a material can take in the Johnson-Holmquist failure model. It is hydrodynamic pressure, not stress. Since positive value of pressure represents compression, negative value of pressure will represent tension. So Hydro Tensile Limit has a negative value.
