Why do I receive the following error when I try to export global mass matrix from the .FULL file in a full harmonic analysis? *** ERROR *** *DMA Command: This matrix (MASS) is not available in the file file.FULL.

      In a full harmonic analysis, we solve the equation [K_c]{u_c}={F_c}, where [K_c] is a combination of the stiffness/mass/damping matrices as defined by Eqn. 15-67 in this documentation link. https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/account/secured?returnurl=/Views/Secured/corp/v193/ans_thry/thy_anproc4.html%23anpsolution So, the mass matrix is not explicitly written to the .FULL file. The work around is to use variational technology, which allows you to write the stiffness and the mass matrices to the .FULL file. You can do this from Analysis Settings > Variational Technology > Yes or just insert a command HROPT,VT.
