Why do I get error message when running a Joint DOF checker?

      Question: When using a Joint DOF Checker why do I receive “An error has occurred in the script on this page. Object doesn’t support this property or method Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?” Answer: Imperfect joints are not supported by the “Joint DOF Checker”. Either try suppressing the imperfect joints (like In -plane radial gap, Spherical gap, Radial gap) to be able to run the DOF checker. Or move them to a different connection group and then run the DOF checker.
