When using the Thermal Strain mode for new material, how do I define the temperature dependent material properties such as thermal conductivity, density and specific heat.

The thermal solver (AP Thermal Strain option or Additive Science) does not use these kind of engineering properties, but rather the thermophysical properties of the underlying constituent phases of the material. Currently, ANSYS must compute these and calibrate them (through physical builds) hence why ACE and customers cannot define them for their own materials.
