When I visualize droplet properties in Fluent mass and heat transfer number appear to be negative. Is that possible?

Negative heat or mass transfer numbers are indeed physically possible and can happen if the concentration of the evaporating specie(s) in the gas phase is higher then the saturation concentration. Physically, this corresponds to liquid condensing back onto the droplet, but ANSYS Fluent built-in DPM mass and heat transfer models do not model this condensation. The negative values for mass and heat transfer are therefore only relevant for post-processing.
