The Ansys Innovation Space website recently experienced a database corruption issue. While service has been restored there appears to have been some data loss from November 13. We are still investigating and apologize for any issues our users may have as a result.

When I try to run a solution on RSM, the solver performs the “presolver setup” then throws an error “general failure occurred during the solution process”.

      This could be due to ARC master/node not installed. Use following solution. 1. Rename %appdata%ANSYS Incv182ARC to ARC.old 2. Or rename entire %appdata%ANSYS Incv182 folder to v182.old 3. Now launch the WB project
