In applications such as Spray dryers, users often need to capture the rate of drying process and its efficiency. In general, for such applications, particles are often made of two or components, where in one component (water) needs to be evaporated from the mixture. For dilute systems, lagrangian particle tracking approach can be used to capture drying phenomena. This solution explains how to set up such cases.
