      Resolving error “Org is null” on Administration page

      Problem: When you log into your Discovery account and click Administration tab, you might see error “Org is null”.

      Cause: While the problem is being investigated, this seems to be an issue with detecting company information.

      Recommended solution: Refreshing the browser cache should resolve the issue. Do a force update by pressing Ctrl + F5 on the Administration page, this should clear your cache and allow the updated page to display correctly.
