      Looks like PCG Lanczos modal solver triggered this. Solution to this problem is insert PCGOPT ,,,,, ON command through a Command snippet under Modal Analysis. This should allow the solver to write .full file and participation factor calculation. I would suggest you to go through PCGOPT and MSAVE command help manual page to get more information on this.
