It is possible to configure CAD interface to use both Reader mode and Workbench Associative Interface (plugin) mode?

If any CAD is configured in Workbench Associative Interface (plugin) mode and you would like to switch to Reader mode, first unconfigure plugin mode and then configure reader mode. If plugin mode is configured and you configure reader mode (without unconfiguring), both plugin and reader modes are available for importing CAD in Workbench. If Workbench detects the CAD program is running, it will use plugin mode. If not, it defaults to reader mode. The plugin mode would only be used when active CAD session exists. The Plugin Manager takes priority with plugin over what is in the registry (Reader mode).
