For optimum utilization of the license, the user needs to close the Mechanical to release the license. If a simulation is supposed to run overnight, then the user should update the system from the Workbench project schematic. One can use the “Update Project” button to update all systems or can update the system individually. In addition to this one can also enable “Save Project After Solution” from Mechanical>Project(in the tree outline)>Details of “Project”>Project Data Management for the specific system or from: Mechanical>Tools>Options>Mechanical>Miscellaneous>Save Options for future projects.
