      Enter to the sketch mode, select a sketch plane. Then at the center bottom of the graphic window, there are four tools: the third one is the Move Grid tool. You can also access this tool by a right-click and select Move Grid. After activating it, click either one of the axes. At the upper left corner of the design window, some options are available to help you to orient your sketch plane.
