In order to show dimensions in an isometric view, they must first be created in the 3D model space. 1. In the 3D design window (not 2D draft sheet) click Detail > Dimension and place your dimensions as desired 2. In the 2D draft sheet, select or create an isometric view. With the view selected, go to the Properties panel at the bottom left of the screen. In the Render section, change the value of Show View Space Annotations to True This will display all the dimensions created in the 3D model space. To prevent the annotation plane from showing, select the plane and go to the Properties panel again. Change the Fill and Outline properties so that neither is shown.
